Our engagements are intentionally short-term and project-focused rather than ongoing managed services arrangements, and we do not provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The first tier, Basic IT Administration, focuses on the foundational technology functions necessary to support daily business operations. Services within this tier include user account administration, endpoint management, system monitoring, software deployment, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and routine operational support. This service level is ideal for small and mid-sized organizations that require reliable technical expertise without the expense of a full-time internal IT staff. By outsourcing routine administration, clients can maintain stable and efficient operations while controlling technology costs.
The second tier, IT and Security Auditing Services, provides organizations with a comprehensive evaluation of their technology environment and security posture. These engagements assess areas such as identity and access management, endpoint security, data protection, compliance readiness, operational processes, and overall risk exposure. The objective is to identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement while delivering actionable recommendations. This tier is particularly valuable for organizations seeking an independent assessment of their current state before making strategic investments or responding to regulatory and security requirements.
The third tier, Interim or Part-Time CTO/CIO Services, delivers executive-level technology leadership without the commitment of a full-time executive hire. Organizations engaging this service gain access to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, budget development, vendor management, cybersecurity oversight, and executive stakeholder engagement. This tier is designed for companies undergoing growth, transformation, modernization, or organizational change that require experienced leadership to align technology investments with business objectives. Clients benefit from seasoned guidance while maintaining the flexibility and cost efficiency of an on-demand engagement model.
